Construction
The third stage of construction includes three key steps. First, materials are purchased and delivered. Next, demolition occurs to clear existing structures. Finally, the initial build starts from the foundation to the finished specifications, ensuring all details meet project requirements.
Completion
The final stages include additional work from change orders and essential final touches. A thorough walk-through will be conducted for inspection, allowing for last-minute adjustments before completion.
